New South Specialties was founded in 1984 as the specialty division of New South Supply. In 2005 we became an independent entity with a solid reputation for honesty, reliability and responsible estimating and business ethic in an ever changing construction environment. In September of 2016 we moved to our permanent facility at 3510A Bush River Road in Columbia South Carolina.

With over sixty years combined experience in commercial construction estimating, project management and reliability, New South Specialties has become the Carolinas leader to the commercial construction industry.
